Alizé is an elegant French restaurant at the top of the Palms Hotel on West Flamingo Road, under the culinary leadership of André Rochat. The menu offers the unbeatable French cuisine that has made André Rochat so well-known in Las Vegas, and the views, well, they are breathtaking panorama of the skyline of Las Vegas. The restaurant and the menu are both modern and innovative. While a couple of the menu items are expected from any good French restaurant (like steak au poivre), Alizé also offers new tastes, like scallops in bacon confit, caviar, fried quail eggs and, of course, black truffles. Alizé also has one of the best offerings of cognacs and liqueurs in town.
