Allen Cunningham
Allen Cunningham was WSOP’s Player of the Year in 2005 because he won the No Limit Hold’em event and stayed alive until the final tables in three other events in the series. He is known for being cool headed and analytical about the game, avoiding aggression and emotion. Born in 1977 in Riverside, California, Allen went to UCLA but dropped out to play poker full time for a living. At barely twenty-two, he won "Best All-Around Player" at the Bicycle Casino’s Legend of Poker. Through the 2007 season, Allen had won five WSOP bracelets, the last one in 2007 for Pot Limit Hold’em. He enjoys playing online, and is part of the Full Tilt online poker team. The Bellagio Five Star World Poker Classic.
