The possibility of a rescue for Full Tilt Poker, the beleaguered online poker site accused of being a giant Ponzi scheme by a U.S. federal prosecutor, became more difficult Thursday as its gambling license that had allowed it to operate around the world was revoked by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission in the U.K.'s Channel Islands.
