Far from being a wheeler dealer sort of chap, General Manager Rob Williams exudes a passion for these cars that far exceeds a “love for the job” mentality and a superior knowledge that few can match. Who better then than he to give a guided tour of his 125,000 square foot showroom, that boasts the 1969 Chrysler Royal Sedan once owned by Johnny Carson and W.C Fields' Cadillac Series 90 V-16 Limo from 1938.

Upscale showroom's in Las Vegas might be a dozen to a dime, yet few have the ambiance and energy created by a collection of historic classics. Svelte, sleek and debonair, the Duesenberg town cars of the 1930's remain one of the most sought after models today, along with the Jaguar XKSS Type - the most valuable of which sold for in excess of $7 million! Unlike the snooty car showrooms elsewhere, The Auto Collections is both a salesroom and a museum, warmly welcoming visitors with innumerable staff on-hand as pseudo curators for a guided tour. Classic cars are certainly their specialty, as you'll see from the plethora of buffed old Chryslers and huge Bentleys parked near the back of the store. Rare gems come and go, ever as sought after as the day they rolled off the production line, but if you're lucky, you might just arrive in time to witness the latest Mayfair Special Roadster or Duesenburg wheeled in for a brief stay!
