The only problem is that's pretty much all the information there is about the organization. No one seems to know anything about them other than that little-known casino CasinoVal.com runs this software. As of March, 2011 CasinoVal.com's terms stated the following:

3.1.1 The software is virus-free and neither its operation nor execution will be uninterrupted or faulty. CASINOVAL.COM is not responsible for repairing any mistakes the software has.
3.1.2 The software has a satisfactory quality.
3.1.3 The use of the software with inadequate hardware does not cause any disturbance. CASINOVAL.COM will not be forced to cover any expense or loss in case of system mistakes during the connection with the software.
You hereby acknowledge that the download and use of the software is by your own responsibility and risk. Under no circumstances CASINOVAL.COM will be forced to cover any direct, consequent, secondary or other kind of loss.

Not exactly a big vote of confidence from their only known casino partner.
