Lots of different flavors are presented on their extensive menu, which offers a couple of prix fixe "tasting" versions for those in doubt. Calamari, salmon, quail, duck, squab, rabbit lamb, beef and veal all have places among the dishes. Pastas come in all different sizes, varieties and presentations. Also in the Venetian is B&B's "Enoteca San Marco," which serves more casual Venetian-style cuisine.
