Connective Games LLC is a privately owned B2B provider of both turnkey and custom software solutions to gaming networks and independent, white label operators. Their products range from the development of online Casinos, Poker, Sportsbooks, Back Gammon, Bingo with many others in development.

The company is an outgrowth from Intrice LLC, a company that had provided technology and software development services for a variety of industries, including education, insurance, finance, accounting, and automakers, since 1996.

They are located in Western Siberia, in the city of Tomsk - one of the most important centers of science and technology in Russia, second only to Moscow. Tomsk is a center for R&D in nuclear science, biomedicine, engineering, and information technology and software.

Connectives Games’ CEO Konstantin Zubarev, 35, holds a Master’s Degree in computer science from Tomsk Polytechnic University.

By 2001 Intrice was developing software for several online gaming operators. In 2006, Zubarev, then a marketing manager at Intrice, suggested creating a separate brand for the gaming software business. Thus, Connective Games came into existence, with Zubarev eventually serving as CEO.

Today most of the company’s software development work is done in the Connective Games entity; although they still maintain working relationships with local universities, where they also get their base of employees.

Connective Games employs a full-time staff of 65 people, with the average age of employees company-wide being 25. Staff is spread throughout the organization by departments that work on software development, assembly of gaming packages, as well as client technical and marketing support.

The company’s random number generator was certified by the reputable TST (Technical Systems Testing) as recently as 2009. Connective Games hasn’t issued its own brand of gaming software, but they have a score of clients that use Connective Games software solutions for their casinos and poker games.
