Ethel M’s Chocolate Factory is both a business (a big one) and a tourist attraction. There are “chocolate lounges” in several locations in Illinois and Nevada (including several at Las Vegas resorts and shopping malls). A visit to the factory and cactus garden in Henderson is worth the trouble for any true chocolate addict. There one can sample truffles, fondue and many other chocolate treats, and have a couple of cocktails, too! The motto of the place is “You love chocolate. We're here to help!”
