Three star Michelin chef, Pierre Gagnaire has designed a menu featuring dishes with an emphasis on comparative texture and complimentary tastes and flavors sure to excite the palate. Only open for dinner, Twist by Pierre Gagnaire offers lavish six course meals to lighter à la carte selections.

Also on the 23rd floor, the Mandarin Bar allows guests to relax with unmatched views of the Vegas skyline while enjoying their favorite cocktail. Chic and inviting, the Mandarin Bar is the place to unwind, meet with old friends, or get to know some new friends.

For a lighter socializing environment, try the Tea Lounge. For a refreshing dining experience, Mandarin offers guests the MOzen Bistro, where Asian and American flavored dishes come together with artistic culinary creativity. Menu options include Indian dishes, a sushi bar, and tasteful Thai delicacies. Available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, MOzen offers unmatched service with a relaxing atmosphere.
