The Marriott Grand Chateau is supposed to evoke the feeling of Southern France with its consistent and elegant French Provincial decor. It is a grand hotel, offering single guestrooms and suites - called villas - of 1 to 3 bedrooms. The Grand Chateau is located on East Harmon Avenue, near the Las Vegas Strip. It is a non-smoking and non-gaming facility.

Presently, there is one tower with 1534 rooms and 38 floors. An additional tower is under construction in the complex, with a completion date of 2016, so some noise and debris may be experienced during daylight hours. The Grand Chateau is a Marriott project, but it is being sold as a timeshare or vacation club property.

Valet parking and airport shuttles are free. Villas have laundry and kitchen facilities. Plasma TV's and a DVD player are in the living areas. Bathrooms have both a tub and a shower (separate). Wireless Internet is available in the rooms.
