The Signature at MGM Grand is a luxury suite hotel and resort, physically separate from the MGM Grand and featuring a quiet and elegant atmosphere with no gaming and no smoking. The property has a private, gated entrance. Dining is catered in the suites, any time, day or night. A 24-hour concierge service handles all the guests' arrangements for transportation and activities.

The Signature has its own comfortable Lobby Lounge for a cocktail before hitting the town or a nightcap at the end of an outing.

Delights is a gourmet delicatessen for those who would rather not dine in the room, but rather enjoy a casual meal with a view of the fire pit and pool.

Starbucks also has a coffee shop on the premises.

Massage services are available to the guest rooms. Each suite has its own whirlpool spa tub. The fitness center offers all the latest in equipment for cardiovascular exercise and strength training.

Meetings and special events can be coordinated though the MGM Grand meeting coordination staff, using resources organic to the Signature as well as those offered by the MGM Grand, which is nearby. The Signature's Business Center can support any business gathering with computer workstations, fax services, and rental of audio-visual equipment.

The pool complex features a large, heated pool with cocktail service. Cabanas are available.
