Layne Flack
Layne Flack was born in 1969 in Rapid City, South Dakota and raised in Montana. He started playing poker when he landed a job in a casino, and then switched careers to full-time professional gambler. Johnny Chan and Huck Seed are recognized as mentors to Flack, who has won more than $3.5 million in tournament play (as of 2007). He has won 5 WSOP bracelets, starting in 1999. He also has one title and two second place finishes on the WPT. He makes frequent appearances in Poker television programs like Poker After Dark and Poker Royale: Battle of the Sexes.
