ghostbar
"ghostbar" is, properly speaking, an "ultra-lounge." It is operated by the N9ne Group, which also runs Moon, Rain and Playboy Club. One $75 pass can be acquired for all four venues. The setting is the top floor of the Palms Casino Hotel -the 55th. Ghostbar has 6,000 square feet of luxurious space, including an outdoor, glass-floored patio with exceptional views of the city and the night sky. The crowd is mainly 20's and 30's, very upscale. Bottle service is a good idea. Ghostbar is recommended for those interested in conversation and company, as the temptation is to sit and enjoy the view rather than get up to dance. Groups of more than 4 men not allowed.
