Parlay Entertainment (now Parlay Games) was established by Canadian’s Perry Malone and Scott White in 1996, and is deemed to have produced the best technology in the online bingo industry. Since its beginning, this software provider has been soaring with possibilities. As creator and holder of most online and television bingo patents, Parlay “owned” the bingo market.

Boasting that it was the first to bring Bingo to the Internet, it seemed until recently that there was no stopping the company.

Yet, while early in 2011 the company still seemed to be exploding with business, even adding lottery and online casinos to its repertoire of customers, it quickly launched into a tailspin when two of its largest customers and 80 of its online bingo sites directed their gaming services to Playtech.

Parlay quickly went into restructuring mode and went on the market for the sale of its assets. In September, 2011, the company announced the completion of a sale of its assets to M Projects Assets S.A. You can read more about it on their website at http://www.parlaygroup.com/.

Now operating under the name of Parlay Games, the company promising to be bigger and better as it attracts new customers and explores new gaming fields.

Parlay recently struck a gaming platform agreement with Soccer Millionaire Limited (SML) (www.soccermillionaire.com), a London-based online games developer and operator featuring online football pools and a £1 million jackpot every week.

In turn, SML partnered with the leading U.K. newspaper, the Telegraph, to provide their Fantasy Football players with pool betting products and Parlay's array of casino products.

Bingo will remain a mainstay for Parlay. Its bingo software features a 75-ball and a 90-ball version and, historically, numerous highly-regarded casinos are licensed with them. The company has diversified to offer casino gaming and lottery functionalities to licensees also.

Parlay is considered user-friendly and available online in Flash mode or as a download. It offers software in many different languages and currencies. However, the graphics are not dynamic, leaning more to colorful simplicity and elegance. The software includes a live chat application with a chat moderator, allowing players to interact; players can even contact customer service via live chat.

On the down side, Parlay’s casino games are generally considered below average in dynamics, speed, and game selection. They offer black jack, a variety of video poker games, craps, keno and slots, but several common table games are not available, including war, 3-card poker, baccarat, and pai gow poker.

Parlay Games conducts business in Canada, the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, and Alderney.
