Nevada's premier super-car dealership opened in 2005, alongside the grand unveiling of Steve Wynn's $2.8 billion hotel. Much like the charismatic world-class resort, Penske Wynn Ferrari Maserati exudes a sophistication and exclusivity that only millionaire's dollars can afford.
