Chef Josselin is a pioneer in the fusion of Asian and French cuisine and has created what is described as "Hawaiian Regional." The restaurant's name is the area code for Hawaii. The ambiance is elegant and unusual, with Asian touches and a luxurious use of glass and onyx.
