Alex
"Alex" is the name of Chef Alessandro Stratta's signature French Riviera restaurant in the Wynn Las Vegas. Make your grand entrance into the elegant dining room via a large staircase. The fixed price menus (from $70 to $150) can be augmented with wine pairings and additional course for up to around $350. Included in the basic prix fixe dinner are four courses, each delicious and beautifully presented: foie gras, truffles and all the expected delicacies of French cuisine are provided in a swank and sophisticated atmosphere. Alex calls his cuisine "Mediterranean," but it is basically French, with some American innovations and influences from Northern Italy. AAA has conferred the Five Diamond award on Alex, just one of three in the city.
