AquaKnox
Aquanox is an elegant seafood restaurant in the Venetian Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, under the direction of executive chef Tom Maloney. If you have a yen for a complete raw bar, with seafood flown in daily from distant shores, AquaKnox is the place to come. Stone crabs, caviar and lobster are all available, as well as beef and poultry. Each dish is prepared and presented much like a work of art. The kitchen is open to view. So is the wine cellar, encased in water. A private dining room for up to 85 is also available.

Sunday - Thursday, 12:00 pm - 1:00 am
Friday - Saturday, 12:00 pm - 2:00 am
