Aureole
The Aureole is an expensive, fine dining experience in the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip. Chef Charlie Palmer prepares the most creative and delicious offerings of contemporary continental fine dining. Aureole is a Las Vegas rendition of his well-known restaurant in New Your. The fixed price menu varies daily, but may have the foie gras, truffles or gratinée of onion, followed by elegant and tasty entrées of beef, lamb, pork, poultry or seafood. Save room for the crème brulée ice cream with maple sugar sauce or the citrus-huckleberry cheesecake for desert.
