Bouchon
Bouchon is a French oyster bar and bistro in the Venezia Tower of the Venetian Hotel and Casino, on the Las Vegas Strip. Famous french chef Thomas Keller is the creative genius behind this pleasant and informal restaurant. The atmosphere is French countryside, with painted tiles, tall windows and old-fashioned lights. Enjoy steak frites, a fondue of braised pork and cabbage, or mussels cooked in wine. Deserts are traditional French, and very tasty. The lemon tart is perhaps the most well-known choice. For breakfast, have French toast (more like bread pudding) or perhaps a baguette with salmon.
