Bradley Ogden

Well-known chef Bradley Ogden presents his own American-style fine dining on the Strip in Caesars Palace. Of the nine restaurants he has launched around Las Vegas, this is the one that bears his name. Inside, the restaurant is modern, but welcoming and home-like, with wood accents and earth tones, a fireplace and a comfortable lounge. Ogden's trademark cuisine starts with concern to have the very freshest ingredients available, straight from the farm or the sea. Then the recipes work to combine flavors and textures as well as interesting visual effects, appealing to the senses of sight and touch as well as taste. Samples are Alaskan Ivory Salmon with artichoke hearts and lobster gremolata and New York Strip with fantastically light puréed potatoes. Private dining rooms (including the chef's table) serves 14, 40 or 60 depending on configuration.
