Casa Nicola
Casa Nicola (formerly known as "Andiamo") is a bright and upbeat restaurant set in a garden-like decor at the Hilton, amid motifs like grapes, peppers and garlic. It follows the modern trend of displaying the open kitchen to the dining public. Classics are available, like beef Carpaccio, prepared with parmesan cheese, truffle oil and capers; also mussels in white wine and bruschetta. Creative dishes are also on the menu, like fettuccine with lobster and shrimp in a tomato-cognac cream sauce. Lamb chops, veal parmesan, and plenty of risotto and pasta options are also standards on the menu. Vegetables come in several different varieties, mainly grilled with herbs and spices. Try the elegant chocolate tartufo for desert, or a unique chocolate gondola with white espresso gelato. Afterwards, with the espresso, enjoy an Italian liqueur.
