Country Club Grill
Known as both the "Country Club Grill" and "A New American Steakhouse;" this restaurant offers an innovative and uncluttered menu of American cuisine - the traditional dishes from various parts of the country. Mainly a steakhouse, the Country Club Grill: A New American Steakhouse has a contemporary accent. This is one of nine fantastic restaurants inside the Wynn Las Vegas. As the name implies, it overlooks the golf course, specifically a waterfall and a green. About half the seating is on a terrace, and half inside in the air conditioning. Under the supervision of Chef Walzog, a recognized figure in American culinary art, the New American Steak House maintains the tradition, but adds creative elements that surprise and delight the guests. No place is more sophisticated or luxurious. Proudly offering "the best steak in town," Chef Walzog also beckons guests with other steakhouse fare, such as lamb, veal, lobster, fish and poultry. The wine list is long, carefully matched to the menu, and features only wines produced in the United States.
