Daniel Boulud Brasserie
This brasserie was established in the Wynn by well-known French chef, Daniel Boulud and his colleague, Philippe Rispoli. The effort was instantly a big success. The dishes for which this duo is famous include an appetizer of beefsteak tomato and white cheese, the tarte pissanladière with anchovies, olives and onions, and the Dover sole amandine ficassée. Try the charcuterie platter of unequalled rillettes and pâtés; or the short ribs; platters of oysters, clams and mussels, as well as the decadent deserts creatively assembled from chocolate, sweet crèmes and nuts.
