Diablo's Cantina
The Light Group, best known for its presence in the nightlife scene of Las Vegas (Light, Caramel, Mist, etc.), operate Diablo's Cantina at the Monte Carlo. Diablo's is clearly a country Mexican bar and restaurant, but with the high-tech contributions of its owners: flat screen televisions and an amazing sound system. The menu includes traditional favorites, like shrimp quesadillas and spicy chile. The burgers and wings also have been livened up with some Mexican heat as well. All sorts of tacos and burritos are available as well as several conventional American entrées. The fun of going to Diablo's is really the margaritas and mojitos. Tequila fans will see a full selection of different brands and flavors. After dinner, hang around for the music. Diablo's is a good choice for a prolonged evening of fun.
