Embers
Locals regard Embers as one of the Strip's most romantic restaurants and the perfect setting for some important occasion in the life of a couple. The lighting is low, and the booths are high and private. The décor is rich and mellow, in deep colors. The menu offers the best of upscale American cuisine, including steaks, prime rib, veal, lobster and several other choices besides. Salads and deserts are prepared right at the table.
