Sushi and teppan cooking combine in the well-known Hamada tradition to present in the Rio another elegant, entertaining and delicious experience in Japanese dining. Besides the steaks and sushi one can choose teriyaki, tempura, sukiyaki, and yakitori, as well as lesser-known dishes. The menu also includes some Chinese favorites as well, like sweet and sour pork, beef with broccoli and chow mein.
