Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas

The best of Bavaria comes to the festivities of Las Vegas in the Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas. This beer hall is modeled on the famous Munich beer hall of the same name. It can be found across the street from the Hard Rock Café. The indoor portion is the Schwemme, and the outdoor part is the Biergarten. The Hofbräuhaus provides its guests with live music, food, and the flavor of Old Germany, right down to the architecture. The central figure at the Hofbräuhaus, of course, is the beer, which is brewed in Munich, according to 16th century recipes originating with the Duke of Bavaria. All the beers are served in steins, from kegs. The food options are very broad, from casual American-style plates to authentic German dishes, including all manner of sausages and meat entrées. Fish and vegetarian choices are also available.
