Hyakumi
Hyakumi in Caesars Palace offers traditional Japanese sushi, sashimi and teppanyaki-style meals cooked on hot griddles right at the table. The menu also includes some Chinese dishes as well, like chicken kung pao-style, shrimp, pork and even duck. Vegetarians have several options, like the tempura. All the sushi ingredients are flown in fresh daily. Try the Japanese beers from the menu or a taste of the best labels of sake.
