Kristofer’s Steak House
Kristofer’s Steak House reports that it has served 1½ million guests, putting it right at the top of Las Vegas steak houses in terms of popularity and persistence. The menu offers all the finest cuts of steak, the lobster, the other top-level seafood choices, lamb and fowl. The setting is a bit unusual for steak houses, in that it follows the Riviera's Mediterranean theme, with ceiling fans, rattan and light colors. Kristofer’s features a prix fixe menu. Main course suggestions include the Atlantic salmon, the 20-ounce Porterhouse, and the large porkchop prepared with a sweet, Madiera sauce. Spicy Cajun jambalaya with lobster instead of crawfish (but with the traditional chicken and chorizo) is also a popular menu choice. Caesar Salad and fresh, baked bread accompany the meal. Top off the evening with key lime pie, Snickers bar pie, bananas Foster or Bailey's Irish Cream soufflé.
