Le Cirque
Executive chef David Werly brings the culinary tradition of Sirio Maccioni and his sons to recreate in Las Vegas this renowned New York restaurant. Le Cirque takes full advantage of its lakeside location in the Bellagio, adding to the marvelous views the elegant mahogany interior of the restaurant, which displays a somewhat understated circus theme. Le Cirque has won many awards and recognitions, the most notable of which is the AAA Five-Diamond award. It is just one of three restaurants in Las Vegas with that accolade. The cuisine is often described as “French contemporary,” but it is continental in many respects, with elements from many other traditions of Europe. Other combinations are possible, too, like the Maine lobster with moussaka. The menu is either a three-course prix fixe or a five-course tasting menu, which changes almost every day. Wine pairings are made from a list of nearly 1000 labels.
