McCormick & Schmick's
McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant started in Portland, Oregon nearly 40 years ago and has become a network of over 80 well-known seafood restaurants and catering businesses throughout the United States. Seafood is the specialty, and it prepared according to longtime coastal traditions, but with a couple of modern tastes and touches. The menu actually changes twice daily to reflect not only a change in the hour, but the arrival of fresh seafood. The "fresh list" portion of the menu describes what those specials are. Over 80 different dishes can be chosen, every day. If you do not crave halibut, tilapia, swordfish or any of the other seafood plates, the restaurant offers steaks, chops, other meats and poultry as well. Try the home style meatloaf for a change of pace.
