Red Square
Red Square Las Vegas creates a Russian theme, though it mixes historical elements from the imperial and communist eras without much concern for historical precision. The key element is romance and elegance as evidenced in the private red velvet banquettes and the glittering elegance of the interior décor, which looks like something out of the Hermitage. Obvious menu items would be the vodkas and the caviar, the salmon, the chicken Kiev, the blinis, and different stroganoffs. But Red Square also has an appetizer improbably named "Siberian Nachos." This, together with the Roquefort filet mignon and Black Angus rib-eye, give the menu a more international reach. In fact, most menu items would be described as “modern continental.” Lobster bisque and foie gras are popular appetizers, rack of lamb and a few Italian recipes are also listed. One of the most important Russian features of Red Square is the vodka collection. Over 200 vodkas (deep frozen, of course), infusions and cocktails are available to the after-dinner guest.
