Ristorante Italiano
The Riviera’s Italian restaurant, named simply “Italian Restaurant” in Italian, is an informal, but elegant dining location for Northern Italian cuisine. It blends the rustic hues and textures of the countryside with an urbane vibe from Tuscany’s main city, Milano. The Venetian mural on the wall appears a little out of context for those who really understand Tuscany, but the overall ambiance is pleasant, comfortable, and potentially romantic. Fresh, organic ingredients go into the dishes, many of which are unique to Ristorante Italiano. The "vermicelli tutto mare alla Riviera" for example has shrimp, crabmeat, greens and prosciutto in basil-infused butter. Enjoy the veal scaloppini in mushrooms and white wine, or the osso buco, or the rack of lamb, and save plenty of room for tempting, traditional deserts like the Ristorante Italiano’s unique twist on tiramisu.
