Shibuya
Shibuya in the MGM Grand is designed as the be-all, end-all of Japanese cuisine. Shibuya is a fashionable area of Tokyo, and the Las Vegas version is equally stylish, elegant and urbane. The specialties are Teppanyaki and shushi/sashimi, and they boast the best sake collection in the hemisphere. Sample menu items include the Kampachi Sashimi with fresh Yuzu juice and black truffle oil, misos of lobster or Kyoto mushrooms, the Kani salad, and, of course, Kobe beef. Lobster and scallops also are available, as well as chicken and a roast foie gras. Shibuya is a Four Diamond award winner from AAA: Shibuya frequently offers special tasting menus and service family-style for larger groups. Sake pairings are also offered along with each course.
