Afternoon Comedy Magic Show starring Spike & Hammer
Your family will love the seamless blend of humor and magic performed by Spike and Hammer, possibly the most popular comedy and magic team in Vegas. Maybe your kids will even end up on the stage, learning magic themselves - very few acts don’t involve audience participation.
Mike Hammer performs the magic, while Andy Spike has mastered juggling. Spike’s also a master of pick pocketing, and making wallets and car keys disappear – but don’t worry, he gives them back.
The Afternoon Comedy Magic Show stands out because of its unpredictability and spontaneity. Spike and Hammer even have the ability to draw in those who don’t like magic shows by keeping them laughing non-stop.
The Afternoon Comedy Magic Show starring Spike & Hammer lasts 60 minutes, though the energy of the show will make it seem to go by much faster.
Join Spike and Hammer in the most brilliantly baffling series of acts imaginable with the most interactive magic show currently available in Vegas. Laugh at their hilarious anecdotes meant for the adults that go straight over the kid’s heads.
In fact, Spike and Hammer largely perform their shows for adults, knowing that the kids will get more involved when they see their parents laughing.
Mike Hammer’s performed at clubs, campuses and corporate events. He’s so slick with his sleight of hand that he was actually banned from the Harrah’s casino. Hammer responded by saying “why cheat in a casino when it’s easier to rip off friends.”
Hammer has worked with Andy Spike for many years, since they met at a party in Chicago. They kept in touch over the years, sharing a fondness for poking fun at showbiz. Years later, they both ended up in Vegas.
Andy Spike learned juggling when he was ten years old. He figured that a couple of oranges at a $1.50 were cheaper than the $10,000 worth of illusionist equipment he wanted, and he could eat the oranges. He’s since moved on to cleavers and flammable objects. In the comedy act, he also juggles bowling balls and pins.
Mike Hammer also started magic at age ten when his family bought him a magic kit. He said that’s what makes his acts so different - that he didn’t really watch magicians perform, so he was able to create a style of his own.
Both performed their first live shows at age 15. Hammer at a kids birthday party and Spike at a craft fair. Hammer has spent his whole life doing magic while Spike moonlit as an entertainment agent and often recommended himself as an entertainer.
Spike and Hammer have mastered entertaining all ages given their long experience performing at events ranging from kid’s parties to corporate conventions.
Watch expertly performed classics like the plate spinning acts, bowling ball juggling and daring handcuff escapes. Warning, do not try swallowing razorblades at home.
You can relax with your family in an intimate atmosphere with comfortable couches and a nearby bar. Everyone gets a free drink with the ticket.
