Naughty Boys Hypnosis
The Naughty Boys of Hypnosis are really funny, entertaining showmen who put on a thoroughly Las Vegas version of the usual hypnotist act. See them four nights each week (M-W-F-Sa) at 10 in the Wolf Theater at the Clarion Hotel and Casino (formerly Greek Isles). Nominal ticket prices are between $50 and $70.
Corbin Craft and Rolan Whitt are the hypnotist pair who welcome different members of the audience to join them on stage. Then the volunteers are hypnotized, one by one – put to sleep by the power of suggestion. Everything is done with good humor and in good fun. People can be made to think they are different sorts of animals, or that they absolutely love a certain kind of food or person. Really, there is no end to the many creative gags these two gifted performers can come up with when entertaining with their willing subjects. The blend includes a bit of mystique, some jokes, and a large dose of good-natured human comedy.
Both are trained hypnotherapists, and Corbin Craft is a board-certified clinical practitioner. He also performed at night in his own act at Las Vegas’ Tuscany Hotel. Rolan Whitt is a veteran performer, who is following in the footsteps of Las Vegas’ renowned and remembered “Dr. Naughty.” (This show is careful to say it has no connection with the former nightclub act, even though Whitt was associated with the act and Corbin Craft is the son of the famed doctor.)
